New COVID Vaccine Requirements
Effective October 1, 2021, medical examinations for immigrant and K visa applicants will require full COVID-19 vaccination. Applicants must complete the vaccine series and provide documentation to the panel physician in person before completion of the medical examination. As with all vaccinations, there are specific waivers that cover reasons why an applicant could not receive the required vaccination.
